Please join us for the first conversation in the series "Human Questions on Arts, Humanities, and AI" this semester. Each conversation has an overarching question and possible sub-questions.
Human and AI knowledge: What defines our ways of knowing?
- I know, but how do I know (e.g., what we consider knowledge)?
- What knowledge fallacies control how we think? (e.g., Do others know the world in the same way I do? Does a 2025 student know/learn in the same ways I knew/learned 30 years ago?)
- How have the contexts of our disciplines (and knowledge) evolved across our lifespans? Across time?
- How do tools and methods control/alter what we can know?
